Delivery Period Following receipt and clearance of payment, all purchase(s) will be posted within two working days.
All parcels are dispatched via a method which must be signed for upon receipt (ensuring we can confirm the parcel was received by the customer).

Payment Methods We accept all the major credit / debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Switch/Maestro, Solo or Electron Cards) via our payment gateway (PayPal).

Online Orders & Card Security All credit / debit card orders placed online are made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor (PayPal) - we never have access to your card details at any time.

If you prefer to make payment and/or place your order over the phone please call our store on 01948 662818 (Mon-Sat 9 to 5). One of our sales team will be happy to assist you. All prices on the website are quoted in GBP and include VAT. If you are shopping from anywhere outside of the UK, place your order and your credit/debit card will convert to your own currency on your statement.

Refunds If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us about an exchange or refund. Customers have up to 10 days after the goods dispatch date in which to request a return and refund. We will be happy to refund your purchase (excluding your delivery costs) up to 14 days after delivery provided the item is returned unused, in re-saleable condition and with proof of payment. We recommend that any returns be sent by Recorded Delivery.
